I feel like I have a new house! The yellow is gone and my house looks great! Check out the before and after pictures. I can't believe what a little paint, OK, a lot of paint can do!

Super Glue
So Jared had his stitches out on Sunday and his wound looked great. Last night he was playing with the neighbor boy, Gavyn, and his chin hit Gavyn's head. Long story short, he now has super glue holding the wound together again. We are hoping for minimal scarring, but this may not be the end of it...

12 Year Anniversary
Corey and I celebrated 12 years of marriage yesterday! We spent a quite day with our boys and each other. I can't believe everything we've done in 12 years, yet it seems like it has gone by so quickly. Here are a few stats from our years together:
5 different houses
3 cities
3 states
3 kids
2 different boats
1 camper
Countless hugs, kisses, tears, laughes, hours working and playing together and we are still best friends, always have been and always will be. We have learned and grown together over the years and plan to share many more. I love you Corey!
Busy April
Along with the great weather, comes more outside play and work...
WORK: We've been busy battling weeds and cleaning up outside. A painting crew has been working on our house for a few days now. They should be done in a couple more, then I'll post pictures of our "new" house. It's looking great so far. Corey got really ambitious and put a railing around the front porch. It looks fabulous! I can't remember what it was like without it.
PLAY: The boys have been playing hard and getting dirty, as all boys do! I can't keep shoes on Jaydon and I constantly rubbing them down with sun block. Jared is just recovering from quite a bicycle accident last week. He was riding his bike with his "Heelies" (shoes with wheels on the sole) and his feet slipped off the pedals. While he was trying to find the pedals, his foot found the front tire, which immediately stopped the bike and Jared flipped over the handle bars. He landed on his chin and needed 9 stitches to put it back together. Two stitches were internal and dissolved while 7 stitches were visible under his chin. Poor kid!! He just doesn't slow down and usually pays a pretty good price. I'm quite surprised this is the first he's needed stitches. He made it 7 years without. Josh was very concerned about his brother and shed a few sympathy tears for him. It's kind of nice to see they actually care for each other.
